VIP package 2 ( Code 50004088 ) Meet guest in front of terminal 1 or 2, transport of baggage, check-in, if possible pre-boarding; accompany guest through security control to the lounge, lounge service, accompany guest to aircraft.
VIP package 3 ( Code 50004089 ) on departure:
Meet guest in front of terminal 1 or 2, transport of baggage, check-in, if possible pre-boarding; accompany guest through security control, if necessary also through passport control, limousine to the aircraft or accompany personally on board on arrival:
Pick-up guest at aircraft, accompany him to the terminal (in case of remote position by luxury limousine) and to the baggage claim and if necessary through passport control and customs.
Meet and Assist Service ( Code 50004090 ) Upon request, Cologne/Bonn airport staff are also available to assist with arrival / departure and transit stays at the airport. This special service is tailor-made to meet the specific needs of the passengers and also includes assistance with any language problems, baggage check-in /
collection and orientation at airport.
